Physician / FNP Hospital Opportunity Centrally located between Louisville and Lexington in Harrodsburg, KY

A wonderful opportunity at a growing Hospital, at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital, recently acquired by Ephraim McDowell Health . A “hybrid” practice involves a physician and a Nurse Practioner, each with Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist credentials, each working a 24 hour shift together, jointly managing acute inpatient and EM patients during each shift.  James B. • 25 Bed Short Term Acute Care hospital • 9,100 Annual ED Volume (Avg 25 / 24hrs) 7 bed ED
• Daily Inpatient Encounter Census: 4 average • Documentation system: Healthland-Centriq • Specialty services includes: 24 hr Radiology (CT, MRI, CTA), 24 hr. Lab, FM, IM, GS, Orthopedics, Peds, Hospice and Wound Care • Level IV trauma • 24 hour Physician Coverage, 8 hour FNP coverage 7-3p • BC / BE with current ACLS, ATLS or TNCC (NP’s) PALS, BLS and current HM Experience
